Donations A non-profit organization, Ready for Life is dependent on assistance from individuals and businesses willing to offer their funding and support. We accept donations of all kinds that are relevant to our needs and the needs of the children in our care.
Financial Contributions: Donations by check should be sent to Better Choices, Inc./ Ready for Life, PO Box 991393, Redding, CA 96099-1393. Please make your check payable to: Better Choices, Inc. or Ready for Life.
Donations of Time, Skills, and Prayer: Singles, couples, and retired grandparents are sought to become foster parents, to provide respite care for foster families, to mentor foster children, to volunteer at our agency, and to help our foster children, foster families, and agency with on-going prayer.
Donations From Businesses: Businesses can also help us reach our goals of making children ready for life by opening up your business to volunteer work by our foster children; providing job-shadowing for foster youth, and providing skills training for foster youth.
All gifts in support of our program can touch the life of a child in untold ways. All donations to Ready for Life are tax deductible.
